Happy Anniversary
8 years ago I bought my first s2000 and joined www.s2ki.com. 2001 berlina black. The dealership told me to take it home for a few days and try it out. Best way to sell a s2000 in my opinion.
I went through just about every mod at the time and learned the slow expensive way. Now I'm on my second s2000 and hope to have a third in the future. Through all of this, the s2ki community has been there in one way or another. Skip, Kevin (always my inspiration for the berlina builds), Naveed (CaptKirk), Craig (cleans his wheels more than drives), Peter (Where I hosted multiple tint days), Ms. Perky, etc etc....Now I see a new generation of s2k owners here bringing new life to the forum (and sometimes the same question that has been repeated a million times before). I see the young guys learning the slow expensive way and I see the older folks slowing down and enjoying the car more. Thank you to all of you who have helped build this community and allowed me to be a part of it.
P.S. 3rd Annual Skyline Cruise will be this year.....just sayin'.

Awesome! Fell in love with the car 8 years ago and finally bought one last year.
Out of dozens of automotive enthusiast forums and communities I've belonged to (some I still belong to), the S2000 community is by far the most passionate and sincere. I'm glad to be apart of it and posts like this reassure me that I (read we) bought the right car.

Congrats Mike. I kinda feel like I have learned the slow and hardway but at the same time doing a turbo install isn't going to be cheap either. I have spent a lot on it, but I feel like once I have it back its done and I am just going to drive it and enjoy it.

Its such a great car
