I was checking out some reviews on our car and it amazes me the hate and ignorant comments people have to say about the S2000. Some are funny some are just plain dumb. These are some comments from rateitall.com

1. 260hp sounds pretty good, right? Sounds good until you realize that this number is obtained at 7500rpms! This is the roadster with a speedbike engine. A wannabe Porsche.

2. A 5 in every category except that plastic back window. Come on Japan; for 36K I want some glass.

3. This is a joke...I'd much rather have a 1997 Acura NSX...hey, they're the same price! The only reason this is on the road is for rich daddies to buy thier bratty children because everyone else thier age has a honda. This is the worst concievable atroucity on our roadways today, other than the corvette, of course.

4. Overpriced and not very fast. It has absolutely no torque. Only nice to look at, not to drive. Its a car for yuppies who don't want to spend the money for a Porsche.

 

all these porsche comments while in the meantime the stock S can take out the boxter and caymen and with a little work a lot more.

+1. There are hators for every car made. Most people hating on the S do so because they either can't afford to own one or they are the douche who bought the boxter instead.

I love my S. Screw the hators...let them hate!

 

I love my car and I didn't buy it for speed I bought it because it was topless and handles like a go cart!!

 

Stupid people say stupid things about every car out there, the S is no different.

 

I agree with you all. No car is perfect. But some of the comparisions they did are ridiculous.

 

 

unfortunately there will always be haters, no matter whatcha drive...its like ying and yang..

 

Why is it though that the haters either want the car they hate on or cant get one?
