Go to Criswell Honda in Germantown, MD. Nguyen works there, and he's a good guy. They also have excellent service. That may be a bit of a drive for you, though.

Fairfax Honda.

Can anyone recommend a good dealership?
what a nerve you just hit my friend....I won't swear too much, but Fairfax Honda can burn in friggin heck!!!! They have ripped me off OVER AND OVER! I have filed 6 complaints with American Honda over them and NO ONE will help you. I have every person who works there business card now because I've had NOTHING but problems. I swear I'll kick the crap out of anyone from that dealership who tries to come on here and say they are helpful. Take your car away from there....NEVER go back. The service director is a jack@$$ who just denies everything and NEVER stands behind his word. DO NOT bother trying to talk to him. He has lied to me twice now. I have also had problems with the regional service director....another guy who wont help.

STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM FAIRFAX HONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!

short story: before I bought car from them they said they'd fix everything...bring it back after buying all 5 people deny it. I end up having to pay for new clutch out of my pocket and they had to keep the car there FOUR F'ING days to replace my brake pads and resurface my rotors....when I got it back...it had about 1,000 more miles on it. My top is defective...they said they would replace it....short story....now they deny it. I will be taking my car elsewhere now.

STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM FAIRFAX HONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tony Imbs is rather helpful there, but no power. Same with a VERY few other guys.

nowhere....I was buying parts from Fairfax Honda and doing everything myself , but I sure wasnt going to tackle the top or clutch alone. Now I refuse to even give them business on parts. That germantown dealership in MD seems to be the best, but man....what a drive.....very frustrating....it shouldn't have to be this way....we should be able to go to our LOCAL dealership.

Dealership related...

Thanks to Peter, I have gotten back in touch with Criswell Honda in MD. Now...I'm STILL irrate that I can't go to my local dealership, but I wanted to note that even if they cant help, I'm being treated with respect. I've talked to Nguyen (dont be mad if i didn't spell that right) and now Joe. I don't even have to call them to get updates! They call me and tell me what they are going to do to help....then call after they did it! NOW THAT is customer service! I had to call Fairfax Honda all the time because no one botherd to call me. Oh...Nguyen was able to take my VIN and look up to see what kind of warranty I have and do everythign over the phone....unlike those @%@$ at Fairfax. Hopefully this will shed some light on just how horrible Fairfax Honda is.
