Default Help with Timing Chain Tensioner

Hey guys. Well i was putting my car back together and got to the part about putting the TCT back into the head. I read to tighten the "stopper" bolt i used to hold it together, when i backed the stop nut off, i guess i didnt have a good enough hold of the bolt itself, and the tensioner shot everywhere. Im 99% sure i have all the parts...i have the following, just need to know what goes in there, and what doesnt...and how lol.

-"Plunger" The peice that actually tensions the chain
-Large spring
-Rod, about 3 inchs long, with a nail head on the end
-Tensioner Case

Its really only 3 parts..but i cant figure out where the rod goes in...or if its just a random part i happened to find with all the other stuff i had. But im pretty sure it goes in there. Any help would be appreciated.

Btw, i have the Honda manual for the car, and it doesnt have ANYTHING about it. Weird.

-Alex

How many miles on that TCT. Might be a good time to change it.
