Like I said you can take my word (which probably means little to you) for whatever it is worth. I can say this, IMO Brian Fisher is a good tuner. Not sure if he is still there but if he is the one who actually tunes your car then I'm sure you will be happy. I am not going into anymore details out of respect for the shop. Bottom Line...

Either way, every shop is going to have horror stories, it's a part of the game when you start pushing the limits of engines in any car where the slightest misstep or error could cause havoc. But it's how that shop deals with the issue if one is to arise is what separates one shop from another.
And Inline have always gone above and beyond for me and my car (even on things that I didn't get installed there). And that to me puts them on a higher plain than the rest.

I myself have heard a few poor reports from people who have had their cars tuned there (no S2000 guys). I'm not going to go into details so don't bother asking. I have no direct experience with them so take this for what it's worth. I can however say I have seen some of their maps first hand and can say I would have done things differently.
Here's a fact. There is not one business that has never failed at least once. Whether that be in customer expectation, product quality, or service, every single business has fallen short at some point. Companies that do larger volume will inherently have the opportunity to have something go wrong more often.
Another forum sponsor, Hardtopguy, is another example. Jeff does tons of sales. Occasionally, someone's order may fall through the cracks. It may or may not be his fault, but I assure you that he makes an effort to do as much as he can to rectify the situation.
I've seen Inline do the exact same thing. I've also personally seen idiots go into their shop saying this or that about a failed product or service, only to learn they weren't checking their oil level regularly. Truth. Who's to blame? Well, the idiot isn't going to tell his friends it's his fault.
Lastly, if you take the time to post as you did, then you are obligated to substantiate your claim(s). Until you do, you're correct in assuming your opinion holds little weight. That would be true of any of us. If you re-read my post, I never said we didn't have some learning pains. True to their word, however, they made everything right and then some.
