'94 and up 3000GT VR-4/Stealth RT/TT has one. You might be able to find one in the juckyard for cheap, or on a 3K site.

It fits on a Mustang, so it might fit a few other brands too

It's just a leather knob with two stitches going over the top. There's no shift pattern on the knob itself, just on the center console. Also the knob and boot are integrated (like older Accords/Preludes) so the knob wouldn't really look right by itself.
