Default Looking to have two tires installed

Hey guys,

Just ordered some rears for the S and looking to have them installed. I called around it and most places won't even do it since you didn't purchase it from them. One other thing I have noticed to since I moved down here is that, if you hace 17s or larger size wheels, there is a premium to be paid for any service to them. I don't recall it being like that in NOVA. Maybe its because everyone down here rides around on 24s.

Back to the point, lemme know if there is someone that you guys trust to do your wheels.

Breedan Auto Care on the corner of Newtown Rd and Kempsville Rd has installed tires (that I've ordered from tirerack) for me for years. I don't recall what he has charged me in the past. The number is (757)461-8166. Ask for Brian, and tell him Chris Poffenbarger referred you. Hopefully he will give you a discount, as he is a pretty good guy. Good luck.

I just called them and talked to Brian. About $38/per wheel for mount and balance. Not bad. But $76 bucks for two tires installed seems so high. Im not saying anything about Breedan Auto Care but wow I didnt expect that. Thanks for the suggestion. Anyone else think of a local shop?

I've always gone to tread quarters. I think it was under $30 per wheel.

My buddy at Wynne Ford in Hampton does it for $10/tire.

He has done all of my powder coated wheels and Volks, and has never left a scratch.

See that's more like it. Is this a price for everyone or just you? I mean even if $10/per isn't doable...ill take it over there since they have obviously taken care of you. Anyone specific I should ask for?

I just have to give them a heads up that you are coming and they will take care of you. Just go to the parts department and ask to speak with Rusty. He will take care of the rest.
