Hmm. So a friend of mine from work just mentioned that he occasionally gets lower back pains... but they aren't, he said it's actually kidneys. I pointed to where it was on my back and he said, "Yeaup, that's your kidneys."
Interesting... I'm going to try to drink a lot of cranberry juice, see what happens!

I was going to mention that but got caught up in something else and forgot. Now I'm at work... try to stay away from anything but water, cranberry juice, pomegranite juice and beer..... I hear beer is good to flush the kidneys since it's mostly water anyway... hopes this helps.

Haha, you should have stopped. On Sunday I went to the Tysons Corner Galleria and saw someone I knew... the friend I was with got mad because whenever I go anywhere I always see someone I know, but they don't... even in their home town! lol
I know... but I HATE crowds, so I was already a little edgy since it was bringing crowded to a whole new level. I had no idea it really was you, and I was in no mood to be wrong. Lesson learned.Did you use the metro at all? That was insane.
I guess to stay on topic I'll say that back pain is fail. I twist my body wrong every now and then and get 2-3 days of bed rest out of it. If you spend a lot of time sitting at your desk maybe take up walking during your lunch break. After you start to build your core back up graduate to sitting on a ball at work like someone else said. Your core will get even stronger. Then, when that no longer is a challenge start a little weight training a few days a week. I worked out a few days a week for two year and it was the best time of my life. I was never sick and always felt great. It'd be nice to have that kind of time again.
Well last night I did a few more stretches, specifically what Apeatwo recommended.. it could be the ibuprofen or flexeral that I took last night (around 10pm), but when I woke up at 7 I felt much better! I've also been hammering back quite a bit of cranberry juice and water.
So, not sure if it's kidney or back related... but it really doesn't matter to me as long as it goes away!
My posture is also a lot better; rarely slouch now.!
Thanks for all the advice and recommendations everyone!
