ok that's what i thought i was leaning towards the tsx anyway
are they hard to find in the sub 20k range?

anything else that can compare to the tsx?

i was looking at an 04/05 wrx or rx-8 also

thanks
Rick
Just go ahead and scratch the RSX off of your list. It will be a pain with a baby seat. I used to own an RSX and although I really liked the car a lot, it would not be anywhere near my short list for cars I want as a daily driver with children.

I love the TSX and like most people would say you should go with that. The problem is, you will not likely find one for under $20K.

For under $20K, 4 doors, and fun to drive, I'd suggest maybe a used Mazda 6, or a used Accord V6, or a used Jetta with the VR6. None are going to be anywhere near as fun as the S2K, but you realize that I'm sure. Good luck and congrats on the baby!

i just checked manheims computer. you will have NO problem finding an 04 tsx 6speed w/o nav with around 30 k miles for around $20000.

I'm moving the opposite direction, I currently have a 2004 TSX and have been looking to downsize to a 2 seater. The TSX is a great car, personally I'd suggest a 2006 or newer because of the added power and options (over a 04) like bluetooth. My car has 36,000 miles and has been perfect!

Thanks everyone for your input

Looks like the TSX is a good choice
There is no jdm in the TSX right??

If there are any owners out there is the handling decent?
cause im an autocross fanatic and i want something that
is still going to be fun to drive so i'm not too depressed when
i get rid of the S
i'm also a big fan of old school vtec
i always loved the surge of vtec in the older hondas
so how does ivtec compare? will it be dissapointing?
or do i have to drive one for myself??
i understand by using a VAFC i can change the VTEC point
with iVTEC motors

Thanks

TSX = Accord Euro R in Japan, plenty of lips, spoilers, wheels, grills, etc

Dual wishbone suspension, Honda's specialty. Much better than the RSX's McPhearson Struts

ivtec kicks in just like old school vtec does, get the hondata reflash or kpro and you'll be good to go.
