Why don't you add the antenna the already growing list of shit we tote around... if my car is parked I usually hide my radar detector and my GPS... it's not that hard to walk back there put them in the trunk along with the new antenna you don't want stolen...
just an idea. It sucks that society has come to this but it's a fact of life... people steal shit and can't be trusted.

you can remove the antenne and put it inside the trunk and have the hole shaved looks sweet and is still functional plus no one can take it

those are usually huge tho but ur right maybe make a stubby antenna that is powered
