Is it difficult to relocate the bumper tab? My fenders are rolled. I wonder if adding more neg camber will make it go away.

Just look under your rear fender well and you will have your answer. The screw that binds the rear bumper to the rear fender mounts along a 3-4" 'rim'...and there you can relocate the screw further back along that rim (as long as you can maintain mountable 'bite').

As for negative camber...well it just depends on whether or not you want to wear out only a 1" inner strip of every pair of rear tires you mount on your car or not
