Just sayin bro.

I think the old silver/polished look had that slight bronze tint to it which made them look dated/old. I'm digging the black wheels. And, not to be a Diez-fanboi(which I am), I LOVE black tops on white cars, and I think putting black tape back on there would finish it off nicely.

And if anyone is wondering who Diez is... GTFO.

That's how you can tell who is a n00b on the forum. If they don't know Diez's car they haven't been around long.

I was sad to actually see when I went back to look for the old Diez thread a lot of the pics aren't working

The guy basically had the cleanest simple well done s2k ever. Probably had $30,000 worth of dry carbon parts on the car alone. Highlights are ASM dry carbon doors, Amuse CF hardtop, Custom wide front fenders, Amuse BBK, Amuse bumper, Amuse hood (or was it ASM?) ASM dry carbon trunk maybe? It was a ridiculous build.

Diez has an authentic Amuse CF top. Looks similar to the OEM top but a little different. You actually must remove the soft top to run that HT. He sold the car and I think I saw pics of it at GoTuning or something and the new owner has done some things. Maybe it was getting boosted? Either way anything else done to that car would just ruin it in my opinion.

Ah dry carbon is overrated...I am going to replicate his build with heavy duty steel for a FRACTION of the cost.

I don't think cost was an issue in his case. It appeared he had plenty of money to spend so why not buy something already developed by someone else.

Very nice looking car. My next car (regardless of make/model) will be white/black themed. BUT I personally prefer silver wheels.

My personal issue with black wheels is that they just look... dirty. I guess I'm just too conditioned to think "black wheel = brake dust."

Tint those windows dark to complete the black and white theme and you're there.
Nice car.

Lol I was kidding...obviously he had a ridiculous amount of money. But engine-wise, he didn't spend a ton did he? Just an intake, header, exhaust thing right? (Granted it was Mugen)
