Actually you should take exit 30b, make a right at the light(Joppa), left at 2nd light, there will be a safeway in the plaza on the left. To come back get back on Joppa rd and head back but don't take the beltway. Stay straight and make a right on Loch raven blvd, and a Right on Cromwell Bridge road.
