Chris - I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to hijack your thread.

How is the 2.5L kit from Inline Pro? Problems, cost, power?
there's a dyno sheet on their website..... also whites2000@16 (i think thats the sn) or something like that has the 2.5L stroker kit.... he doesn't rev it up to 9k anymore tho but it does put down a lot of torque... i think it was like 40lbs/tq more then stock....

durring the jan 1 drive, i was behind him and squibb when they ran... it was really short but they were neck and neck the whole time.... (squibb is supercharged by the way)

gFactor,
the number you gave has been changed to: 410-489-9334 and the phone answers and neither GTR or Schaeffer...something like Vision Auto, Acur/Honda specialists?

I left a message for them to call me back.
I haven't called them for 6 months, ? That's Ben on the answering machine though.

I am sure he will get back to you.

His shop is a kind of like Radial tire, they do great work but its usually very busy there and packed with cars.

that's his name! I wasn't sure which one of the NOVA/MD guys had it. I had heard that he was having some difficulties with his motor since the change....

Hopefully someone will chime in here who is very familiar with the kit. I'm starting my research on "big" power additions for my car in 2006 and I wanted to look at staying all motor before checking FI out.

I just got off the phone with Stan at InlinePro. He was as helpful as a salesman could be (wouldn't talk about the negatives).

The 2.5L is mainly for low and mid-range torque (which engages lower and lasts longer than a Super Charger eventhough they get roughly the same amount). The full kit installed is around $5500 with a core exchange and about 2 weeks of downtime if they have to use your core.

Sounds like the best way to go (aside from Alaniz) to stay all motor for the money.
