Default Plastic rear window cracked

Does anyone know where I can buy just the rear plastic window replacement? If so, how much. Thanks for the help.

I believe you have to replace the whole top, not just the window. This would be a good opportunity to upgrade to one w/ the glass rear window so you don't run into this problem again in the future.

I think I read somewhere that you can get the rear window replaced... Something like 300$

[QUOTE] I just had my 2001 rear window replaced at Danny's Upholstery in Charlottesville, VA. He charged me $300 for everything and had it done the same day. If anyone is interested, he does a lot of work on convertible tops and rear windows. The phone #434-977-1974. [QUOTE]

I really don't think it would be a problem just replacing the back window. Aren't there zippers around the window??

Nope! Just got mine repaired at Sure-Fit last week in Arlington. Replaced only the plastic portion. Still pricey tho $450. Said they couldn't do the glass conversion & I didn't have time to waste... had 2 past inspection. Fyi, inspector said there's no decibel ordinance for mufflers in VA. I've got loud cans & was concerned. Gud luck!

Huh. I stand corrected. However, I paid like $600 for my MY05 top, so it may be worth the extra cash for the upgrade. Your call.
