Default Polishing old headlights

I bought the Maguire restoration kit, and my 10 year old headlight look like the new one that I just put in. It took only 25 minutes or so.

Anyway, I probably used not even 1% of the stuff that came with, so I thought I'd share this with you guys. I'm in Germantown, MD, so if you're near by and your headlight is yellow and dull, let me know. We could probably do it on weekend or something.

One more thing. If you have a buffer, and you live nearby, maybe you could let me borrow it, because I'm redoing my oxidized carbon fiber hood and what I have isn't cutting it.

Maybe even a meet and work meeting one of these weekends...

thanks.

I have a random orbital buffer, and my headlights are yellow as hell. Need to buy new pads for the buffer though. Let's meet up, maybe next weekend or something

I'd be up for a meet and work for this. My headlights are looking pretty shady.

cool. saturday or sunday. either day works for me. Can we meet at someone's house? I live in an apartment complex.

This is the finished product. Left one was yellow and ugly, right one on the picture is brand new headlight.

The sun shinning from the right of the picture.

Also, notice the polish job... I'm hoping someone has a rotary buffer instead of orbital. I think it might takes some serious work...

Sunday afternoon works for me. I live in an apartment complex too, but there's a lot of parking with no restrictions. I did a valve adjustment in my parking lot!

let's meet in Germantown, in my apartment complex. I live in Pinnacle at Town Center. Lots of food places around. I'm actually about to pull a trigger on Porter Cable polishing buffer.

Edit: Just notice that you're in White Marsh, that's an hour away from Germantown...

Yeah, it is a little ways away. I just found out I won't be available that day.
