Thumbs up Powder Coating OEM SI wheels

So my roomy is coming back from an 8 month deployment in Aug. And he has been saving up to get out of the Navy. He hasnt spent a dime on his Civic in months and I know he would love to have his rims powder coated. So I figured I would do it as a welcome home surprise. He has a 2009 Black Civic Si coupe. On the good looking rims. (personally I feel the 06-08 got the AP1 rims of the Honda world and the 09s got the AP2s lol) I was thinking bronze would look great. But i would like to get some other input. The dude is pretty low key, so C ory, I dont think your awesome colors would work here, though I would rock the teal AP2s all day on a black civic. So let me know your thoughts. I would have made this a poll, but I dont want to limit the answers.

dark bronze or gold. Can never go wrong with white either. Black on black is played.

or a gunmetal would probably look pretty good, but they may already be close to that color.

I think a bronze would probably look best.

not a problem. You should debadge his rear and red out his tails while you're at it.
