so the local CC store here was giving away 5 ps3s, to people who entered their name into a drawing.

so i went with my friend. and saw that we still had time to call people. so we both called two of our friends.

She somehow was stopped from getting additional forms, but i managed to get them two more forms. so we filled them out.

We go into the store, and the first girl, my friend's friend shows up, and while we are walking, she goes, *** and i said we will split it, you want in? and i said sure... why not...

so they hold the drawing, and guess what, that friend got it. since they wouldn't let her leave until 12, we had to communicate by cell. she tells my friend, yea!!! we can both split the profits.. 2 ways.. leaving me out....

WTF???? isn't it a verbal agreement?

she claims, she said it to me as a joke... but she didn't say haha, or just kidding at the end...

I was the one who got her the form to fill out. do i have any grounds on this????

 

None at all, Dave. I'm sure she knows she's screwing you over, but there isn't a thing you can do except make her get Sprint or something terrible like that. Pretty messed up.

 

 

Maybe you should talk to your friend and have her talk to her friend. Otherwise as Dave suggested sign her up for Sprint.

Just got back 43 hours of waiting, im sure some of you might have seen me on the news last night and thismorning, ABC, WJZ, WBAL.

 

I strolled into Gamestop after breakfast and picked mine up. I was disappointed, however, as NFS:Carbon won't be in until next week. Woe is me.

 

Same here. I was pretty dissappointed, but I did however pick up 4 other games in the meantime to keep my ass busy.
