No contract b/c there was no consideration on your part (unless there are facts here that you left out). Unfortunately there's nothing you can do.

If it's worth the trouble you might be able to your part of the profits if the ps3 is sold. In most states verbal agreements under $500 are binding but you would have to take the case to a lawyer $$$$, or to civil court. My guess is that it's not worth the hassle.

Huh?! Funny, but I was able to pick up NFS: Carbon at my local TRU just fine this afternoon. I also purchased COD3 and RFOM as well.


... Damned shame I don't have a PS3 yet!!!!

Thanks for the info, i'll trip it over to TRU tomorrow since i'll be out running errans, if i happen to see it i'll just buy it there and cancel my pre-order at EBgames, i'll put to towards something else I guess?
