Redline Time Attack, Summit Point Raceway
Shenandoah is not a HP course. I can run a 1:44 in a 2500lb, 110 RWHP car with open diff, there are only 4 places on Shenandoah where HP actually makes a difference. Of course HP does not hurt either.

I don't think Cale was there on Sunday last year.
Saturday was my first day on that track. The first session I used street tires and no wing. Next session out I used RA-1's and no wing. After still sliding all over the place, the afternoon session had me on RA-1's and the wing. The last session of Saturday had me try my street tires again with the wing as I was undecided which category I was going to run Sunday. I ran a couple laps that session and said, "Oh, HELL NO!"
I didn't use a transponder on Saturday and didn't pay any attention to posted times that day. I think I have some DL1 data from Saturday and Sunday though. I distinctly remember getting faster every session. Systematically working up to speed on Little & Big Bend was very helpful and some time was left out there. Even now, I have no doubt that I could improve greatly with regards to the Hammer(turn before Roadhouse Straight) and the right before the Bridge Straight.

Calvin - Why are you setting your bar so low? A year on the KW's plus the other mods should easily take 0.5 sec off a lap time. Or are you just sandbagging for Sunday?

He always is!

Okay, so I'm registered now, but my friend thought it would be funny if he was a little creative with the title (not as creative as Calvin's though).
Got the car retuned at IP today. The AP1.5 is putting down 350hp/220lbft at 8,500RPM. Had to lower the redline, because I'm on stock compression. The first run was 370rwhp at 15PSI. lol
But apparently, there is a 460rwhp Suzuka AP2 that's going to be running on Sunday as well.
This weekend should be interesting to say the least!

As for Kelvin's turbo'd Blue, he's running Saturday only. First time on track. We flushed his brakes with Ate Super Blue(to match his car
), but his pads and tires are stock.

That is not even close to a fast line.
Man, watching it though made me homesick for the track.
