lol, sounds like its taunting you.

did you try to restart into safe mode then scan with all your anti-spyware programs then do a virus scan? You cant delete a program when its running and starting up in safe mode will not load the programs that autostart.

i use netcaptor.. it's a browser... that uses explorer.. but it blocks 99%of unauthorized pop-ups..... i've been using it for ehh about 2 months now. and i love it.. no problems what so ever..

I did all programs in safe mode with still no sucess.

reformat ur harddrive if your that desperate. Its hard cuz some of those hijackers have backups if they are deleted.
