Ricer gathering? Metro?
I was up in MD Saturday, went to dinner with my GF, and i stopped by that barnes and noble where you MD folks tend to meet. It was around 12 and saw a lot of inports and a few domestics... and i saw a few cops drive around, but they went un hassled. I was impressed that they were allow to hang out. I didn't want to stop and chat, considering i was driving my sister's camry, so i would have looked out of place, but i was just wondering if this is a usual thing they do and meet.
Another thing is that i been hearing a lot about going to the Metro and racing and etc....
Do they actually meet at a metro station? i don't know any stations that would really let you race, except the college park station since it is pretty dead.
if someone can shed some light into this matter, that would be great...

I went to Metro this past weekend and also have on a couple of other occasions. There are two stips/spot where they race, unfortunately there's a big presence from the local police to have anything organized so the racing can be risky. I was up there this past Friday and there were quite a few races going on. Again nothing organized but still a good showing. Raced a Civic Si with some mods (I/H/E, Type R Ecu, Ignition, and couple of other things). Sorta raced a Ford SVT (actually beaten down), those things are FASSST!!! Tried to race a Celica GTS (MY01) but no go. There seemed to be a bigger police prsence this past weekend so I was a little concerned about getting a fat ticket.
