i see a fair amount in richmond, henrico, chesterfield, etc area. yeah i know that i would be well recieved i just want something that is in my own back yard, that way i could be more active and not have to wake up several hours before hand, its a mixture of lazy and wanting richmond to do better.

I think folks would be willing to make the drive (myself included). Just some one down that way has to be willing to host/plan/etc.

I've got a friend who is into classic cars that has some land... it's out in Chesapeake, VA near the NC line on 17.... I will talk to him and see if he is willing to host such a get together and make this like a camping event.... we could have a fire pit and people could set up their own tents and stuff. There are plenty of back roads with twisties...I'll discuss with him the details of what I want to do and see if he is up for it... then I will post a date if it's a go...

What about a drive, then lunch/dinner at Buzz and Ned's

Don't know the roads, but figured I'd throw in a place to get some food.

BearNVa. i like the enthusiam but i think you kind of missed the point, im trying to set stuff up in the richmond area. Chesapeake is the 757 area which means it would fall into the Sova area, and again would be a huge drive. i like the enthusiam though haha.

see now this is what im talking about. im sure i could find some roads, or maybe dave could lend some knowledge to get me started. this is a great idea when they open up the new store, with an acutal real parking lot. since parking sucks at current location

Hey Wes... You and I should meet up and let me take you around on some roads here in Goochland, Co. The beauty of these roads is that all of them eventually lead/backloop to secondary roads that you're already likely to be familar with (i.e. crossing over 250, 33. 6, etc.). Aaaaaaaaaand if I were to get you out here, you could witness how my Konis & KG/MMs handle on back roads .
