Default Richmond area muffler shop recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a decent muffler shop in the Richmond area? My wife's Dodge Ram Diesel muffler absolutely fell out of her truck last weekend. And this week I've been pricing around .

Holy poop! I'm hearing "$300-500" quotes to replace this sucker! Its a flippin' muffler for the good Lord's sake ...not an exhaust system! . "Oh...but sir, you have a diesel...and that has a larger diameter pipe, etc." (riiiiiiiiight, go blow me! )... Whatever.

Seriously, can anyone recommend a shop? Perhaps someone they even know personally that would be willing to do an install for a reasonable fee?

I'm looking on eBay and seeing replacement [diesel] mufflers for anywhere from $89 - $150-ish with shipping. And I'm more than willing to purchase one online and supply to a willing installer. So I can't appreciate a little corrosion cutback, added bits of in-line pipe, 4 muffler clamps, and the time as coming in at $200-$400 additional dollars. Maybe $100 more, but really...am I being unreasonable? <-- Not a rethorical question...please respond to this if you have experience to pass along that suggests the quotes I'm receiving are in-line and should just be accepted...
