Talking Rockville Auto Body

So, as some will know, I've had a lot of work done at Rockville Auto Body. It's been at least three years since they've seen my car, but I've referred plenty of people over to them. Well, until this summer I never really noticed a couple of paint issues - some decent orange peel in the driver's door, some possible solvent popping in the hood, a couple of other little things that have come to bother me the more anal I get about detailing.

Well, like I said, it's been three years. Today I stopped by to have them take a look at my issues. They looked at them, suggested solutions and said to drop it by next week and they'd get it all sorted out and back to me within 1-2 days.

They were happy to see me, recognized me and more than happy to do what it takes to make it right. THREE YEARS OUT (and more, in some cases). That's customer service.

So, I say, if anyone has gotten work from them that wasn't satisfactory and you didn't give them the chance to make it right... Maybe you'd want to give them that chance.

Anyway, that's my 2c.

- Chris

I can vouch for Rockville Auto Body. They worked on my S back in early 2003 and did a wonderful job. Six thousand dollars' worth of work - invisible. The car drives and looks like new.
They were great to deal with, and also went to bat for me when State Farm got tight-fisted.
Can't recommend them highly enough.
