Thumbs down WTB: Springs

I know this is late notice, but I haven't found any yet.

Does anyone coming to Mod Day have a set of springs they want to sell me??
Or, if youre not coming, does anyone have a set that they want to sell me and you could give them to someone coming to Mod Day?

Preferably Espelirs, but let me know what you have and I might be interested.

Don, have you upgraded your shocks yet? You might notice that lowering springs are pretty bouncy if you are still running stock shocks from 2000. Some notice it immediately while others (Peter included) find they have life left. Something to keep in mind.

I have a set of Tanabe springs...they lower the car about 1.25 inches, smooth ride (I had them on stock shocks for over 6months...no problems). Let me know and they are yours.

Steve-

Def. interested, but I think Chad already left from down there and I dont think anyone else is coming up from va beach. I'd really like to get them on this weekend. If things dont work out this weekend with springs I'll hit you up.

He had been planning on it....but backed out either yesterday or the day before.

Right now only one other person said they MIGHT have some comptechs.

I havent done too much research about springs on the boards. Any specific reason you dont have these on anymore?

Are yours the normal ones(i think purple/blue) Model NF210? or the performace ones (i think orange) Model GF210?

What I want out of the springs is it to kill the wheel/fender gap and to also give it a stiffer ride. Did these stiffen up the ride at all?

Thanks again man!!

Typically shocks [can] stiffen...springs drop. "Progressive" coil springs can assist in stiffening as well.

Steve's are the GF210's. I used to run on them as well. Now J has them. They are progressive, not linear.
