I drove down to VIR (Virginia International Raceway) today 9/30. I had a pleasant surprise finding a Honda S 800 from Winston Salem, NC. The little red S 800 was competing in the Vintage Sportscar Racing Club. It was able to turn 115 MPH on the straight-way. The owner driver said he had owned the S 800 for 20 years. He is a Honda guy. He tows the S 800 with his Odessey and owns several Honda's and Acura's..

It is truly great to see the little S's out on the track.

Just read about that little car...wow, it sounded pretty state-of-the-art for it's time. Neat looking, too!
