53 years old....I hope he had enough sense to not drink and drive. I wish there were more details in the story so people didn't have to guess what happened. Maybe they'll update it later.

with as wet as it was this morning, he could've hydroplaned also. hope the guy is ok, although getting airlifted to shock trauma sounds pretty serious.

He could have also just dozed off for a split second. Then waking up half way in the wrong lane, jerked the wheel back in a panic and next thing you know, he's in a tree.
