i need a good safety inspection shop in VA that will pass my modded GS430 without hassle. please PM me

also, if i goto 1 shop and fail do i still need to pay them?
so if i have to goto several shops before finding one that will pass me, i'll just keep paying the inspection fee over and over again? please advise as i don't know how that works

I am mostly worried about tint (25%), drop (2"), borla exhaust (very close to oem)

A car can't fail for window tint, or the exhaust. The suspension is the only thing you have to worry about, but most places don't care. IF your car fails, you have to pay the $16. Then, it's only $1 to get it reinspected at the same place after you fix what was wrong/why it failed.

Agree most shops don't look at suspension and the only way to fail emmisions is if u have cel.
