Default Shops that install soft tops?

I have an AP2 top that I want to install on my OEM AP1 (00-01) frame.

I want to do it myself, but I can't find the Robbins conversion kit that comes with their aftermarket tops.

Whats the going cost for the install?

I've installed around 15 tops, some conversions ap1 to ap2. all that's needed is 2inch elastic strap for the conversion. I know most shops charge an arm and a leg. I charge 400$. the strap is to connect the aft roof bow to the rain gutter so it fold and unfold correctly. definatly a time consuming job! you also have to drill two holes in the aft roof bow to attach the straps. should be some diy threads on this site. good luck.

If you want an install with Top I'd recommend having Tphong do the job. He's done so many and they all come out looking awesome. He also travels and will knock it out in less than a days work.

Lim's in Tysons did mine. They do a lot of high end cars and dealership work. It cost me about $600 for the labor. I already had the top.
