Default SO-2s or SO-3s?

My tires have gotten to the point where they must be replaced. I liked the factory SO-2s but it has come to my attention they now make SO-3s. Just wondering what peoples experiences are with the new tires. Also, where is the best place to buy new tires?

Jim@tirerack gets my vote! www.tirerack.com and ask for Jim if you call - I think his extension is 364.

I know valentine is riding on the S0-3s. From what I hear - they are almost as good as the S0-2s.

S-02 are better for dry performance. The sidewalls are also stiffer. If you're more concerned with wet traction and tire life, you should go for the S-03

thanks for the input. Also, i know that these tires are not great for rain, but has anyone else noticed them being dangerously bad in the rain as tire life begins to run out?

I have had mine car for over 4 years now and I love the S02s but I am very comfortable with them.. I got to Radial Tire in Silver Spring... I can pull out a bill and let you know if you really want but I can't remember off the top of my head.
