Bill, call or go over to Wynns auto upholstry in Deep Creek. They are selling a Electron top with is 100 times better than Robbins or EZ. Its more expensive but in the long run it will pay for itself. They quoted me aroudn $1900 installed. Its double layers on the inside and they put an extra layer of material in the wear sections.

They are the ones that did my patch when I had my first tear. Amazing job and still holding after two years. They know what they are doing. I would rather pay more for better material and service.

I believe they carry a 6 yr warranty for the actual top and a lifetime warranty for the install.

 

Cool I can do that... the only thing wrong with mine is the 2 normal wear spots that have now turned into holes... if they can patch those from the inside I wouldn't need a new top... Thanks for the heads up...

 

Yeah they can definitely patch them from the inside. They use industrial strength adhesive out of a gun and use thick patches. If I remember correctly, its about $40 per patch. Glad I could help

the robbins tops dose come with new bands where the oem only comes with the new straps to modify frame for glass
