Default Soft Top Question.

Hey guys,

I recently popped a hole in my soft top. I realized I didn't push the soft top catcher all the way in and it was dangling as it pulled the soft top down. When it finally went all the way down I heard a pop. The catcher popped hole right through my top.

Does anyone know a good shop to get it fixed? Either patch it up or sew it back up somehow. I live in falls church so any shops around fairfax, falls church, arlington, alexandria would be great. Thanks for looking guys.

I have had Lim's in Tysons repair 3 holes. 2 small ones like the one you are describing and a much larger one on my gf's car. Price seems to vary on his mood I would say around 50$. I have had the fixes on my car for 2 years now and they still look like he just did it. Definitely recommend going there.

^ Yea a bit. Basically the one side has a patch that he cuts and from the inside he usually does both sides so it looks like it was supposed to be there. From the outside I suppose its a vinyl glue or something that fills in the hole from the outside. That is usually blacker than the rest of the roof so you can see it. However for the cost of a new roof I can live with the slight difference. If the hole is especially small like the one I am sure his is you probably wouldn't even notice.
