Someone stole my antenna!
someone stole my antenna @ UMD. does anyone know where i can get another antenna? i tried looking through hardtopguy, but found nothing. Need help! please
go to ebay and so a search for Honda s2000....you'll find dozens of listings for antennas both OEM and different replacement kinds...otherwise, you'll have to order one from the dealer and you know how that can hurt..
dude it happened to me in Ocean City at the car show weekend behind my friends house on 10th st (kinda chill private parking area behind the house).
i found out it is also the same antenna as acura mdx's i believe as well as others. a honda or acura dealer can get them really easy
if i'm in the city or somewhere that will have people walking by my car alot i take it off and in the trunk

Had mine stolen from the dealer when it was in for service. They relaced it no questions asked, saying it's been a big problem w/ S2000 and CRV antennas. The next time I had to take it in for service I put the antenna in the trunk. Was still there when I got it back, problem solved.

Had mine stolen right here at work about a month back when the car was still running
Went over to my Honda store - turns out our Parts Manager keeps them in stock for this particular reason. I want to say it was only like $15 for a new one!
I asked him if it was smart to lock-tite it down, but he said the center is used for the signal however the coils are used as a ground. So if you lock-tite it you might not get as good of reception. However Chix Rule has her's lock-tite'd down and she says her reception is fine.
