This has nothing to do with licenses, but is the top only down on the S during tests or is there some other way to drive with the top down. Also, i thought you used to get a special car when you completed a whole section, like beginner or professional events?

You can chose top up/down in options (forgot exactly where I called the options up...but on every ragtop -- for me -- its a requirement that I drop the top

And yes, you *do* get special cars when you complete a license test (14 or so parts) completely. First one is a throw-away (good for ~ $3500 resale). Next one I got for 2nd license completion was a GM prototype (not "worth" any money...not resellable
...so I reckon I'll go ahead and try driving it).

I've been addicted too - I bought the steering wheel last summer while fanatically anticipating the release...
I hear you on the license testing. I still can't get bronze on the last S License. Discovered that you can only get the Acura DN-X by getting silvers on the A License so that's what I'm trying now...
Would any of you be interested in getting together and playing it multiplayer sometime? It'd be awesome to have 6 people racing this game at once... and also take a pic of 6 S2000s in my driveway to boot... LOL. I'm thinking maybe sometime in April...
By the way, where have you seen the option for top down/up? I've been looking everywhere but can't find it. I thought they put it up for the races and put it down for the time trials/photo shoots.

GT4 is great, but Dave what is it going to take to get you to clear the corners on my S2k? Can't you write some code or should we all send letters to Sony?
