A stock car can be +/- 1" in height too. The holes can serve no other purpose than to allow for installation of canisters.

 

So is your car sitting a little lower now too?

 

14" all around. Anybody out there that is completely stock, can you give me a wheel center to fender height front and rear. My car has always sat a little low so I want to see what others have.

 

Still no s2k for me this weekend. Looks like it'll be early next week when I can finally put it back together. It'll be 4 weeks since I've driven it at that point. I bet my battery is going to be dead too. I will say I'm pretty excited to try out some new suspension though.

 

Battery should last longer than 4 weeks unless something in the car is draining it. I had mine sitting around for months and it was fine. I did have the negative cable off.

 

I guess we'll find out next week I'm so anxious to be able to drive the car.

 

You can start it while it's on jackstands.

The car was sick, til it broke. The practice course was only 25 seconds and I was still 2 secs ahead of the next fastest car. I got a little bit of heat in the tires when I noticed a clunk getting louder and louder. Long story short, they didn't completely tighten down my alignment which caused a little damage. They'll have the car back Monday to fix it. I'll probably codrive with jimmyroadster tomorrow.
