Like a S2000, I would charge $600-650 for standard colors where as a new tundra would be like $1000.

I'm trying to figure out a more scientific system so it's fair across the board. Vinyl wrappers have a program that tells them the square footage of a a certain vehicle via year, make and model so they know how much material to order. for the most part it tells them the square footage of the panels and what not. I'd like to use that same concept for dipping idealy. If I had access to that information, I can just charge lets say $6/sqft and if the S2000 is 100sqft, I'd charge you $600. Get it?

obviously, active S2ki members will be getting a discount which will fall into my friends and family rate:

Retail Pricing
Military/First Responder Discount
Friends and Family Discount
Cost

At the end of the day, I calculated netting only $100-200 per car after paying the help, rent, bills, materials, etc.

Sigh. Drove the S2k to the in-laws' last night, clutch felt funny (lots of play, engagement was SUPER low). Checked the fluid reservoir: Nearly empty. Topped it off, pumped the clutch a dozen times, felt fantastic. Thought it was fixed – now it's back to feeling like it did yesterday, but the reservoir's fine. Clutch fluid looks like Guinness, too. Definitely have air in my system, but I don't have any damn jackstands.

Maybe this should be what gets me off my ass to finally buy some.

Harbor Freight or Sears. For a good floor jack Harbor Freight had the best price on a nice low profile unit, hands down.

Thanks for fixing me up, Cory!

Turns out the slave cylinder shit the bed. Cory got me up and running in no time. I really have no idea how long it'd been bad, but I suspect it may be since I bought it last October. The car drives like a dream, and I pretty much had no idea what I was missing. Kind of sad that driving away from the shop I couldn't help thinking, "So this is what it's supposed to feel like!"

www.plastidip.com > Homesolutions. There's also a channel on youtube, dipyocar or something like that.

The rattle can applications are black, white, they have camo colors, and a new set of 'BLAZE' colors (neon). You can get away with 1 can per wheel if you plan on coating the barrels as well as the face; I'm unsure for the whole vehicle. Was pretty popular with the younger generations in Guam since you could change colors of your car or wheels over an afternoon.

They also sell clearcoat/glossifier, metalizer, pearlizer overcoats, but with mixed results. The texture of the coat is def something unique. It is peelable, but weak clearcoat adhesions have been known to peel with peeling off the plastidip.

Some HomeDepots stock it in the rattle can isle.

I did my wheels last weekend, didn't know how I'd like the white, plus I wanted some protection for winter. Four cans of white and I was set.

Lots of different colors available. Find a color that you like and shoot me a PM. best color exaples are going to be on cars of course. If anything, I'll mix it up and spray it on a speed shape to show you before doing the whoel car lol
