Suzuka,
That was a sweet Berlina Black I saw getting delivered the other night when I dropped my car off. The lady buying it said one of the reasons she bought at JC was because she heard how we all take our cars there.

Man, I just got my tsb done with Eddie in Jim Colman Honda, in Clarksville, and it is the best service I have ever got. He finished in like 40 minutes. I love their sevice bay. Clean and organized. It was worth driving from College Park to there to get it done. College Park Honda would have taken like 1hour of wait + 2 hours of BS. My car would be all dirty with handprints all over and half ass sevice. I am never going back to College Park Honda again.
If anyone need to get their S serviced, definatly go there, I know I will be from now.

I just got my letter from American Honda, guess I'll be making an appointment with Eddie. If anyone wants a copy of the letter, let me know, I scanned it.

I know I won't be taking my S to Ourisman in Laurel where I bought it to get this done. I was in there to pick up my tags last week and the service manager (or whoever he was), didn't really know what I was talking about and also told me that a TSB is not something they notify owners of, nor will they perform the service unless I have symptoms (which, in this case, could be 'I THINK I NEED A TOW TRUCK'). What a bunch of lamers. I haven't received anything from Honda yet either.

Oh yeah, I emailed my super-friendly salesperson (pre-sale attitude) at Ourisman (who owns an S) about this two weeks ago and haven't recieved a response, which I've taken as a 'screw you' (post-sale attitude). Being friendly only lasts until you drive off the lot and they have your money...

Anyway, I'm going to put those Iridium plugs in so I shouldn't have to get this TSB done.

JohnnyG- Do like the rest of us and take it to Jim Coleman. I got my letter today from Honda so Coleman did mine several days before I had the notice. I bought mine at Ourisman in Bethesda and they will never see the car again. I would have bought it from Coleman but they didn't have it when I wanted it.
