oh damn, i remember ourisman now! i bought a car from them about 6 yrs ago. BAD EXPERIENCE! it was brand new and when they rolled the car in front of me for pickup (cleaning i'm assuming), the car had scratches all over the new wing i had installed! THEN, when i went for the first oil change, they dented my front bumper and tried to accuse me of somehow doing it while there! multiple managers came out and i MADE them admit the damage wasn't there when they drove it to the back and the car was only a week old (i drive a lot). they FINALLY fixed it, but i had so much trouble! sigh...they NEVER saw my car again too! forget that crap! it's JC only. i dont' even have any experience with JC but i KNOW it's the place to go from what this board raves about CONSTANTLY! i trust them already! =)

I just had my oil changed last week & the post card came yesterday. Any ideas if it's ok to wait a few months (January) or is this something that needs to be done soon?

I just got my postcard last night, and called the number given, and was told was probably ok since I replaced my plugs, and had them at a tighter torgue already. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Should I play it safe and forfeit my iridium plugs for the new ones they'd give me? I haven't looked at my plugs, but I did check to see how tight they were, and everything looked ok.

JonnyG, If everything seems to be cool with the plugs, dont worry about it.

I got my letter Monday and had my plugs changed today....everything went smoothly. I asked to keep the old plugs, but they told me that on warranty items and recall (ummm, I mean Product Update items LOL) items they had to be sent back to Honda.....

Anyone know if this is true?
