-- You hit the COLD rev-limiter. Honda built this into the car so people like you don't wreck their engines. Why are you trying to make a high performance engine go to redline before the oil and water warms up anyway? You wouldn't like it much if someone kicked you out of a deep sleep and made you run full tilt around the block, would you?
