Supercharged locals
Sos makes a great kit for s2ks. I had one on my car for alittle while. It truly depends on what you are looking for. I never had problems out of it and it made about 385@12psi with the 1200 head unit. I wanted more power after about 6 months and i had a few options. 1) Pulley down and max out the kit that would yield about 440ish 2) sell the kit and go turbo 3) sell the car and get something with more power from the factory to build on. I picked 3 and im having a blast but had a great time in my s2k too. Where are you located i might beable to get you a ride in a s2k that you described.

But on the other hand, instead of switching from a 13k car to a 20k car, I could just spend the roughly 6k on the sos base kit and clutch and have a bit more whp than I would be getting out of a basic n/a m3 anyway. My previous wrx made 338/350 on a very cold winter's night. The setup on average is typically good for 300whp on most wrx's so really i'd just like to get a little over that 300whp mark so I'm in a familiar range.
I'm right outside of the Annapolis, MD area. It'd be pretty awesome if you could get me a ride.

But on the other side, I feel like maybe I should sell the car altogether and buy something with higher factory power and still handles well (see e46 m3) instead of boosting it and potentially cause more powertrain issues and failures. I'm purposely trying to keep one car for the time being because of unknown future living situations. If I have room for 2 cars then it makes decision making much easier. I'm just not really sure what I want to do at the moment and essentially driving myself mad.
