ICE is more than a sound system. It usually includes nav, dvd capabilities, and a gaming system.

Gotta be able to play Xbox 360 while driving.

Maybe it is just me but 90% of the time I am driving I don't even have the radio on. I LOVE the sound of the motor revving and the exhaust droning too much I guess.

Damn that sounds like a lot of fun QUICKAG!

how about turbo charged?

you can come by our shop, and we'll give you a ride in our s2k

good luck with your decision, hard choice for you!
What is the difference of turbo charging vs. super charging? I thought going turbo wasn't as reliable.

Tell me about the driving experience for those of you that have either or, what was your initial reaction?

I guess the one thing about the stock S2K is that you are always racing the engine and just when you are in the good part of the power band you have to shift. Versus when driving something like a 6cyl NSX you are cruising along in third gear at 80 mph without knowing it. I don't know if FI will give me that bigger car feel.

Thank you.

I'm looking at three cars. BMW MZ4, Acura NSX, or the Honda S2000. I've owned two other S2Ks in the past and am thinking about buying it again but only if I supercharge it. I've driven the other two above and am undecided.

For $55K I can get the MZ4 with ICE and Wheels. $60K would be the NSX, needing to put money into ICE and Wheels. $30K I can go with the Honda S2000 again but add ICE ($3K), Wheels ($4K), and supercharger (Vortech $5K). I would pocket probably around $15K by not going with the MZ4.

Anyway, I wanted to test drive or tag along with someone who has supercharged their S2K. Anybody near Arlington, VA want to help me out?

Thanks!
I work in Arlington, anytime you want a ride just hit me up.

I dont think a ride in your car would be an accurate measure for him man. He might be interested in a stock supercharger kit that has like 300-320 whp.... not your beast

He's gonna want to spend AAALLOOOTTTT of money if he decided to make his car like yours

That works...hopefully...don't remember how your dyno chart looks but I wouldn't be surprised if youre over 300 whp @ 6000 rpm
