Default Ticket BS

Well, I got a ticket for Failure to Use Turn Signal.
The cop said he followed me 3 consecutive turns and said I did not use a turn signal, which I agree cuz I mean there was no other cars in site nor any pedestrians. Is there any way I can argue this or anything?
I feel he was picking on me, especially since my S is yellow and the cop was kinda jealous, I mean he's a school cop not even a real one....
There were other cars in the vicinity, and they don't use their turn signals. Others times I have been in front of a cop and did not use a turn signal to turn and he didn't pull me over. If they are going to pull over people for not using turn signals, why can't they be consistent instead of picking and choosing.

Any advice on how I can get this ticket dropped or anything? Thanks in advance...

Take it to court with a work order to get your turnsignal fixed.. cause you know it was "broken"

What procedures do you do to go about doing that? I have never been to court to get a ticket dropped before, excuse the ignorance...

Your only hope is that if you take it to court, the cop doesn't show up...then it probably would be dropped. That happened to my ex once. Just a question of whether it's worth your time. The judge could reduce the fine/points if you make a good case. Unfortunately, you don't seem to have much of one! I don't advocate lying. Good luck...

How can a school cop write you a ticket?? I'd tell him to pound sand (but I don't live in VA).

There's no reason NOT to use your turn signal. Even if there are no other cars around.

I suppose you're right. I just wish cops would be more consistent then and most of the time, cops don't even use turn signals....ah well
