RIDUCULOUS! It's funny where this is a democracy yet somehow unfair punishments are given for things like this. You have a worse sentence than the POS who stole my wife's wallet and went on a spending spree. The idiot was trying to cash a check at my bank and the astute teller called me to check. The whore got nervous and ran out. She had showed her real ID and everything and the ing cops did not even haul her ass in.

Wow VA is harsh. I got a ticket for reckless in NJ and only received a $200 fine. Granted I have a NY license but the cop alleged I was doing over 130mph to the judge in court.

i wouldn't say you are out of it.. You have 10 days to appeal i think. Go get another lawyer. I been charged with much worse, and the frist time i went, they gave me 10 days of weekend jail. I got a different lawyer, and i got that taken away, 6 months of suspended license, but i got restricted, and a huge fine, i think 600? In all, it was a big mess, the lawyer cost me over a grand and the fees plus getting bailed out of jail... just added up.. hope i won't have to face that anymore.

MD has emissions like every other year, not yearly.
