you need a new skeleton for the reasons i mentioned above... however. supposidly there is a way you can do it without replacing it.. but it seems somewhat ghetto rigged..

I just had my 2001 rear window replaced at Danny's Upholstery in Charlottesville, VA. He charged me $300 for everything and had it done the same day. If anyone is interested, he does a lot of work on convertible tops and rear windows. The phone #434-977-1974.
