I like this reminiscing of old posts... It is a healthy way to cope with the recollection of the horrific events this year.
I remember my first day at the track post. I was so excited! Now, after Summit all I want to do is get home and sleep, I am so wiped out. But then, I could not turn the adrenaline off.
Thanks to all the S2000 Summit regulars ... Thanks for the gas, thanks for the extra quarts of oil as my S2000 just leaked like mad, and most of all thanks for the comaraderie that made the Friday at the Track such an awesome experience time and time again.
And while I am at it, thanks to Gregg for organizing the fun happy hours, and thanks to Rick Hesel for the fall mega meet; boy I will never forget the faces of everyone at the park looking at this train of S2000's.

Great post dude !
I am really happy that I got this car, and even more happy making bunch of good friends I still remember my 1st meet, flying down I95 w/ Alberto (restonS2000) and Patrick (bentrim (where are ya buddy)) and met up with the Richmond crew (I can still taste the krispy creme donuts, DaveZ ). That was the day my baby hit VTEC for the 1st time, best of all, it was with other S2000s. I was the second one from the last that day leaving Capital One's parking lot, and when I heard the guys in front me engaging VTEC and just morph away, I was like, oooooo man, this is it .... 4K, 5K and 6K.... and , I am catching up with the gang while bouncing off the rev limiter.
Alberto told me that day, "you are gonna have to VTEC to catch up with us" that was right on man

Picture this: The nurse assists w1ngman to his chair. Saying, "Hello" he sits amongst a group of S2K owners...smiling, they rock ever-so-gently to and fro in their chairs...humming peacefully...drinking coffee...and rolling little AutoArt & Maisto S2000s across their knees. At this moment, the group responds in unison, "Hi, w1ngman!"
Now. . .that's funny!!!
