Default Under Cover Mustang Cop

Driving home from work yesterday saw a dark blue mustang (previous model year) had pulled someone over. This was on the side of 66 East bound between Fairfax County Parkway 7100 exit and Route 50 exit. Just thought I would give an FYI to everyone....
It looked to be a stock GT except it was tinted... Oh and to top it off, the cop was sporting a baseball cap.

There's also a lime green one, a red one, and possibly a white one that patrol the tunnels and bridge in Baltimore. I think there are also a couple Camaros somewhere, but I haven't seen those yet.

OnlyHonda, yep. There are GTO's as well. Explorers, Expeditions, Crown Victorias, ....

You name it, they've got it. Safest thing to do is NOT speed

I raced a mustang on I-95 when I was 16... Turned out to be a cop that was luring people into another cop

I love how our tax money goes to getting them new cars, so that they can screw us. Maybe they should all be given Geo Metros and see how many people they catch.
And spend more money on fixing the roads first!!

yikes, thanks for the heads up!

i'm familiar with the crown vics, but do the other undercover cars have any tell tale "things" on them, like extra antennae, spotlights, or red and blue lights mounted on the shelf behind the rear seats?

Not all of them are purchased new for this. Some are confiscated cars that are then modified for this use. In the 80's and early '90s the MD State police ran everything from '60s muscle cars to minivans and 18 wheelers.
