VA S2K has a sweet SPA in Richmond!
Met up with VA a couple times this evening on the West End. Man, he has a nice '02 Spa. I luv'd his silver...but all things being equal, he done reeeeeal good getting this new stook! Excellent color choice too, if I do say so myself! [And I *do* say so myself...so there!
]
Just think VA, you should be well-past your 600 mile break-in...certainly...by the time/distance you begin heading back towards Richmond after your NOVA kart meet
. Just the thought of this trip allowing you to have exposure to all that VTEC goodness should bring a tear to your eye!
BTW...to all: VA S2K tells me when we met up in the Best Buy parking lot this evening that he had over 300 miles on a tank of gas... Isn't that sad???
He reeeeeeeaaaally needs to get into that VTEC!!!
Now hurry up and break in that motor!!!

I just had a new 02 Spa in my garage! Sad to say, it left when VAS2K did.
Mike was kind enough to come over so that I could figure out if a S2K would fit in my garage with my bike, truck, and other wheeled stuff. It looks like it all will fit!
I will need a new wider garage door, but we think all the stuff will fit inside. I will probably need a personal parking valet to sort out how to get it all in/out of there. If anyone has any contacts in the Richmond metro area for garage doors or small job contractors give me a yell. Thanks again Mike!

w1ngman; Yeah I hope that after I get the garage door mod. out of the way I can get on to the car. It is strange that I haven't found one place that can sell the door, increase the opening width of the garage to 12 feet, and install the new door. Oh well...
I have to say that I really appreciate all the help you local guys (really everyone on site) has provided. Thanks!
w1ngman/moonpie I understand some painting is in your future!

Yeah...countin' down the days! We ordered the paint before VA S2K had traded in his silver (or at least before we'd been made aware of the trade in) or we'd have considered him as well. Ultimately, I have a plan for a winter S2K gathering & I'll relate our plans towards that on a separate post after the holidays... So hurry up & git that car!
Thought about it... a GREAT (ExTrEmElY HiGh) recommendation to do it all on your garage door: Mr. Herbert Bagby... He's local & this past summer he and his crew installed my replacement windows (23), sided my home, and sided my garage. He'd offered to do my garage doors but I'd already lined up the other folks. Mr. Bagby did a super job & at an extremely fair price. I'll PM you his information...

Unbelievable that we could get away with that at Christmas in Richmond!
