Default Vienna Virginia

Gonna be in VA for work this Sunday through Thursday. Staying in Vienna Virginia. Anything fun to do (bars/clubs/indoor go karting/pretty much anything to keep me occupied after meetings) within a 10-15 mile radius?

Thanks!

Jay

Into live music? There is a place called Jammin Java that has live music most nights of the week. It is a pretty small venue so expect the local scene but I have enjoyed NUMEROUS shows there.

They serve food, coffee (obviously), beer and wine. I wouldn't call it a bar, though.

I'm open to anything. I was kinda bummed I won't be able to do the whole tourist thing since I'll be in meetings all day. Might as well take advantage of the night life

The closest indoor karting is 20-30 min away at Allsports GP in Sterling, VA http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Allsports+GP...m=1&sa=N&tab=wl

15 miles in Northern Va = 30 min of driving (if not more). Your best bet is to stick around the Tyson area. There's a club called eCitie, that's 15 min from Vienna.

Also there are some nice speed traps in Vienna to go with the extraordinary low speed limits. You have been warned!
