Front or rear?

Fronts are easy like most any other car.

If it the rear, you need to get a new rear bearing when you buy the stud because you have to press the hub out...

You should be able to get a stud from any auto store.

I know for a fact COMPTECH makes (or made) high strength extended studs as there is a set in the FS forum right now. You're probably looking for stock length though, right?

Anyway, COMPTECH says their in business but their website b!ow$ and I couldn't find any better info for ya'. I guess you could call them, someone might even answer.

Thanks George, but I have a new stud... it cost 5 dollars at the honda dealership.

should I just keep beating on the old one till it comes out? or do I need to press it out somehow?

Ouch,
My experience is that you will need new bearings and a hub. When you press out the hub fron the knuckle, the original bearing seperates and stays stuck on the hub.

Maybe the dealer has a way around this?

Sorry Cale.
